Unique Wade PC Nut

The Wade unique PC nut has been designed to prevent any atmospheric or corrosive contamination within the joint.
Quick and simple to install, the PC nut allows the use of PVC covered copper tubing with standard Wade bodies and compression rings, creating a practical, leak-proof joint.
This innovation, an adaptation of the standard Wade compression nut, features an extended front section which is recessed to encapsulate the PVC sheath around the tube, providing protection against any possible damage or tearing of the material.
A rubber 'O' ring seated within the recess creates a seal between the nut and PVC covering, thus preventing any conamination coming into contacty with the copper tube. This is demonstrated in the diagram below:

- AVAILABLE IN BOTH IMPERIAL AND METRIC SIZES
The Wade PC nut is available in imperial sizes from 1/2" OD to 1/2" OD and in metric sizes from 6mm OD to 12mm OD with a choice of standard type or 'A' type fitting to suit the different PVC wall thickness.
